March 19, 2010	Tech Fair Exhibitor Application Deadline
April 16, 2010	Deadline for Early-Bird Conference Registration Exhibitor Registration Deadline Deadline to Cancel Training Workshops that have not met Minimum Enrollment
April 23, 2010	Conference Rate Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date Presentation materials due in electronic format to ECR2010@ecr.gov
May 8, 2010	Deadline for Late Conference Registration (All registrations after May 8, 2010 must be conducted on-site May 25-27, 2010. An additional $50-75 surcharge will be added.)
